Recruitment of Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (RDBS) in NABARD
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) invites online applications from Indian Citizen for Government Jobs as Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ in various disciplines vide NABARD recruitment notification no. 3/Grade A/2023-24. The candidates can apply though online mode on NABARD website www.nabard.org between 02 September 2023 to 23 September 2023. No other mode of submission of application will be accepted by NABARD. The NABARD Bank arranges pre examination training to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates at free of cost. The Candidates who desire to avail of the training may apply by 23 September 2023 by way of email to prerecruitment@nabard.org by providing subject line as: "APPLICATION FOR PRE-EXAMINATION TRAINING FOR SC/ST/OBC/PWBD CANDIDATES FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER IN RDBS - 2023.

As per the NABARD recruitment notification 2023, there are total 150 vacancies in different disciplines under Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) . The details of the same are mentioned as below:
Assistant Manager : 150 vacancies (UR-61, SC-22, ST-12, OBC-41, EWS-14),
1. General: 77 vacancies
2. Computer/Information Technology: 40 vacancies
3. Finance: 15 vacancies
4. Company Secretary: 03 vacancies
5. Civil Engineering: 03 vacancies
6. Electrical Engineering: 03 vacancies
7. Geo Informatics: 02 vacancies
8. Forestry: 02 vacancies
9. Food Processing: 02 vacancies
10. Statistics: 02 vacancies
11. Mass Communication/Media Specialist: 01 vacancies
The candidate can apply only for one discipline of his / her choice only. In case of multiple applications within disciplines, only the last application submitted will be considered valid and fee against all other applications will be forfeited.
Educational Qualification for NABARD Recruitment 2023
(i) General : Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.
(ii) Computer/Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/Information Technology from any recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate
(iii) Finance: BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI /UGC OR
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR CFA Institute. The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-09-2023 OR
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA/FCMA) & ICWA. The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-09-2023.
iv) Civil Engineering : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate.
v) Electrical Engineering : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate.

Age Limit for NABARD Recruitment Vacancy 2023
The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-09-2023, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-09-1993 and not later than 01-09-2002. The age relaxation will be provided as per the policy of the Company.
Selection Process for NABARD Vacancy Jobs 2023
The selection process for NABARD Assistant Manager Vacancy includes the following:
1) Preliminary Examination Structure for Assistant Manager Grade A (RDBS) :
Shortlisting of the candidates for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only.
2) Mains Exam Test Structure for Assistant Manager Grade A (RDBS) :
3) Interview Assistant Manager Grade A (RDBS) : 50 Marks. The calling Ratio to qualify for the main examination and interview would be a maximum of 1:25 and 1:3, respectively

Application Fee for NABARD Vacancy Recruitment 2023
An application fee of ₹650/- (No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) are required to be paid online. An Intimation charges of ₹150/- to be paid by all Category of applicant . There is a Nil fee of NABARD Staff.
Pay Scale / Salary for NABARD Recruitment 2023
The selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44,500/– 89150/-. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-.
