Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment in ECIL 2025

Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) invites online applications in the prescribed format for recruitment of the Sarkari Naukri Vacancy as Graduate Engineer Trainee in in Hyderabad and Zonal/Branch/Site Offices located across India in the areas of Manufacturing, Design & Development, Projects, Marketing, Production, CBRN Systems and QA vide advertisement 06/2025. The selected candidates shall be required to execute a Surety & Indemnity Bond on non-judicial stamp paper of ₹ 100 to serve the Company for a period of 4 years. The amount payable for breach of contract is Rupees Four Lakhs only.

ECIL Engineer Recruitment 2025 Vacancies

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): 80 vacancies (UR-38, EWS-8, OBC-22, SC-10, ST-02) in various disciplines, Age: 27 years as of 30/04/2025, Pay Scale: IDA Rs. 40000-140000, Qualification: Four Years full-time degree in Engineering with First class or minimum 60% marks (aggregate) in relevant branch/ Discipline from an Institute or University Recognized by AICTE or the Govt. of India

The discipline wise vacancy breakup is as below:

• ·         ECE/Electronics/ Electronics & Tele-Communication: 34 vacancies
• ·         E&I/ Instrumentation: 02 vacancies
• ·         CSE/Information Technology: 18 vacancies
• ·         Mechanical: 16 vacancies
• ·         EEE/Electrical: 05 vacancies
• ·         Civil: 03 vacancies
• ·         Chemical: 02 vacancies

 

Selection Process for Engineer Recruitment 2025

The selection will comprise of two stage process through Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The weightage for CBT & Personal interview is 85:15 respectively. The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in each factor of selection and 60% overall to be considered for selection of candidates. All eligible candidates shall be called for CBT however, for Personal interview, candidates shall be called in the ratio of 1:4 based on the performance in CBT. In case of more than one candidate secured equal Marks in CBT, then the candidate who has scored higher marks in the Eligible Qualification will be called for Interview.

CBT shall be of Multiple-Choice Type. The Computer Based test is for a duration of 120 Minutes for 100 Questions (20 minutes per hour extra for PWD candidates as per Govt. Guidelines). Each Question will carry 1 mark. Every wrong answer will attract 0.25 negative marks.

Only the Short-Listed candidates will be called for Personal Interview at Hyderabad. The candidates will be allowed to take part in the Personal Interview process only after successful completion of the Document Verification process.

The eligible candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹1000/- (Nil for SC/ST/PWD) through online mode only.
