Recruitment of Administrative Officers in New India Assurance Company Limited

The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL), invites online applications from the eligible candidates for recruitment of 170 officers ( Generalists & Specialists) in scale I cadre open competition on pan India basis vide advertisement No. CORP.HRM/AO/2024. The selected candidates on appointment may be posted or transferred to any place in India as decided by the Company. The selected candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years including probation period.

NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment 2024

The details of various posts as per the NIACL notification are as follows :

Administrative Officers: 170 vacancies (UR-71,OBC-45, SC-25, ST-12) , Age: 21-30, Pay Scale:  Basic  pay  of  Rs. 50,925/-  in  the  scale  of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and  other  admissible  allowance  as  applicable.  

Gross emoluments  will be approximately Rs. 88,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers

 

Educational Qualification for NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment

The details of mandatory qualification for the post of NIACL Administrative Officers vacancies Recruitment are mentioned as below:

Generalists: A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of a graduate/post  graduate in  any  discipline from  a recognized  University  or any equivalent qualification recognized  by Central Government

Specialists: A candidate must possess the minimum qualification as

Chartered Accountant (ICAI)/ Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earlier known as ICWAI) and Graduation/Post- graduation in any discipline with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

Or

MBA Finance/PGDM Finance/ M.Com with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

 

 

Selection Process for NIACL Insurance Jobs Recruitment

The selection process consists of Phase-I: Preliminary Examination, Phase – II: Main Examination and Phase -III : Interview. 

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This would consist of 3 sections as follows :

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be held online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer.

Application Fee for NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment 2024

An application fee of ₹850/- (₹100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) will be paid by the eligible candidates from 10.09.24 to 29.09.24 for the Examination through the online mode only.
