RITES Limited invites online applications from dynamic and hard-working professionals for the recruitment of Government Job post / सरकारी नौकरी as Assistant Manager (Finance), Section Officer (Finance) and Assistant Manager (HR) on a regular basis. The appointment will be initially on probation for a period of one year. Selected candidates shall be liable for posting at any place in India and abroad as per the requirements of the company.

The brief details of Post, Pay Scale, Qualification for RITES recruitment 2025 are placed as below:

o Vacancy No. RG/08/25 of Assistant Manager (Finance) : 12 vacancies (UR-05, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-01, ST-03), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹40000-₹140000/-, Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant , Experience: 2 years.

o Vacancy No. RG/09/25 of Section Officer (Finance) : 10 vacancies (UR-06, EWS-01,  OBC-01, SC-02), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹26000-₹96000/-, Minimum Qualification : CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / M. Com / MBA (Finance),  Experience: 2 years.

o Vacancy No. RG/10/25 of Assistant Manager (HR) : 32 vacancies (UR-04, EWS-01, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹40000-₹140000/-, Minimum Qualification : MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management, Experience: 2 years.

 

Selection Process for Recruitment in RITES 2025

Assistant Manager / Finance  and Assistant Manager / HR :

The selection process consists of the following steps:

a) Written Test:

There will be 125 objective type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours. Candidates belonging to PwBD Category are eligible for an additional compensatory time of 50 minutes.

A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts) in written test will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for further consideration.

 

b) Document Scrutiny & Verification:

Based on the result of the written test and no. of vacancies, the documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview preceded by verification of original documents.

 

c) Interview:

Candidates will be called for interviews in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies. The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under: Written Test - 60% Interview - 40%

Section Officer (Finance) :

a) Written Test:

There will be 125 objective type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours. Candidates belonging to PwBD Category are eligible for an additional compensatory time of 50 minutes.

 

b) Document Scrutiny :

Based on the result of the written test and no. of vacancies, the documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited.

The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under: Written Test - 100% .

A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts) in written test will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on panel.

Application Fee for RITES Vacancy 2025

An application fee of ₹600/- plus Tax (₹300/- for EWS/SC/ST/PWD) to be paid by the eligible candidates during online process.
