 LIC Recruitment 2025 as Assistant Administrative Officers 

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) invites online applications in the prescribed format for recruitment of the Sarkari Naukri Vacancy as Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Generalist.

The advertisement is called for 350 posts. Candidates should apply through On-line mode only. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. A candidate after appointment as Assistant Administrative Officer shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. The service conditions will be applicable as per the prevalent rules of LIC from time to time. The advertised posts are regular and selected candidates on appointment are liable to be posted or subsequently transferred anywhere in India, as per requirement of the Corporation. Before joining as a Probationer, candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining (including probationary period) failing which, he/she or his /her heirs, executors, administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

LIC Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Recruitment 2025 Vacancies

Assistant Administrative Officers: 350 vacancies (UR-142, EWS-38, OBC-91, SC-51, ST-28) , Age: 21 years and Maximum Age: 30 years, Pay Scale:  Basic pay of Rs.88,635/- per month in the scale of Rs. 88635- 4385(14)-150025– 4750(4) –169025 and other admissible allowances as per rules. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.

Selection Process for LIC AAO Recruitment 2025

The selection will comprise of Phase-I: Preliminary Examination, Phase – II: Main Examination and Phase – III: Interview.  The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added for preparing the final merit list for selection. Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview. Marks obtained in the Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.

The eligible candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rs. 85/- for SC/ST/PWD) through online mode only.
