Recruitment of Executives on Contract in IDBI 2023-24

IDBI Bank invites online applications from eligible applicants for the recruitment of Executives to be filled on a contract bas vide advertisement No.03/2023-24. The recruitments will be on all India basis as per the IDBI Bank selection process.

The IDBI Bank Limited is a Banking institution under the ownership of Life Insurance Corporation of India and Government of India. It was established in 1964 as Industrial Development Bank of India .

IDBI Bank Executive Recruitment 2023

The brief details of IDBI vacancies are mentioned below:

o Executives: 1036 vacancies (UR-451, OBC-255, EWS-103, SC-160, ST-67) (PWD-50). The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance. 

 Age: 20-25 years. 

Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. 

Remuneration: ₹29000/- per month in the first year, ₹31000/- per month in the second year and ₹34000/- per month in the third year of the service.

On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank

Selection Process for IDBI Bank Executive Recruitment 2023-24

The selection process shall comprise of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

The structure of the OT is as follows :

An application fee of ₹1000/- (₹200/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) to be paid online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
