Recruitment of Junior Officer Trainees (HR) in Power Grid 2023

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), invites online applications for the recruitment of Government Jobs (Sarkari Naukri) as Junior Officer Trainees (HR) for the year 2023 in PGCIL and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited CTUIL for various regions/ Corporate center's (Advt. No. : CC/03/2023).

PGCIL is a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India and one of the largest Transmission Utilities in the World, is engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, coordination, supervision and control over complete Inter-State Transmission System.

POWERGRID is carrying out recruitment on behalf of CTUIL. CTUIL is presently a wholly owned subsidiary of POWERGRID and is in the process of separation from POWERGRID. CTUIL shall function as an independent utility and shall be responsible for discharging functions of national importance in relation to its statutory functions .

PGCIL / CTUIL Junior Officer Trainees (HR) Recruitment 2023

The details of vacancies, qualifications and salary are as below :

o Junior Officer Trainees (HR): 48 vacancies, PGCIL: 46 vacancies and CTUIL: 02 vacancies (UR-25, EWS-4, OBC-10, SC-8, ST-1) (PWD-5, Ex.SM-2). Pay: The selected candidates will be paid ₹27500/- per month as a stipend during the one-year training period. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be regularized as Junior Officer Trainees (HR) in the Supervisory category in the pay scale of ₹25000-3%-₹117500 (IDA).

o Age: 27 years as of 30.05.2023

o Essential Qualification: Three years full-time Graduate Regular Degree – BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification from recognized Institute/University with not less than 60% marks

Service Agreement Bond

The selected candidates on training will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs.2,50,000/- for General and OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs.1,25,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for serving the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after successful completion of training .

Selection Process

The selection process of PGCIL officer trainee (HR) vacancies, shall consist of Application Scrutiny, Written Test / Computer Based Test of eligible candidates, Document Verification, Computer Skill Test & Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
