The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold a competitive examination for recruitment of Government Jobs (Sarkari Naukri) Vacancies to the Group C posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. (Advertisement #2023)

Staff Selection Commission is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various ministries and departments of the government of India and in subordinate offices.

SSC Higher Secondary Level Examination 2023 Vacancies

The details of vacancies are as follows : 

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) in Pay Level-2 ₹19900-₹63200
• Data Entry Operator (DEO) in Pay Level-4 ₹25500-81100 and Level-5 ₹29200-₹92300
• Data Entry Operator Grade 'A': Pay Level-4 ₹25500-₹81100

Tentative vacancies: There are approx. 1600 vacancies. However, firm vacancies will be determined in due course.

Age: 18-27 years as of 01.08.2023.

Educational Qualifications for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2023

Scheme of Examination for SSC CHSL recruitment 2023

The CHSL Recruitment Examination 2023 will consist of Computer Based Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Skill Test/ Typing Test (Section-III).

The Tier-I Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English, Hindi and any language opted by the candidate in the application form.

₹100/- to be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branch by generating SBI Challan. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
