Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), invites online application from interested and eligible candidates for the Project Engineer Jobs on a contract basis. The place of posting will be Port Blair, Kavarati, Gurgaon, Kochi, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Vizag, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore vide advertisement no. No.383/HR/NS. There are 23 vacancies of Project Engineer and the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.40000 - Rs. 55000.

BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2023

The brief details on Post, Qualification, Slary for the said post are as under :

1) Project Engineer-I For NS (S&CS) : 9 Vacancies ( UR-06 OBC-02 SC-01), Qualification : 4 years full time BE / B.Tech/B.Sc Engg in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication.

2) Project Engineer-I For NS (S&CS) : 14 Vacancies ( UR-05 EWS – 02 OBC-04 SC-02 ST- 01), Qualification : 4 years full time BE / B.Tech/B.Sc Engg in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication.

Remuneration : The Salary will be as follows : 
1st  year – Rs. 40,000/-
2nd year – Rs.45,000/-
3rd year – Rs.50,000/-
4th year – Rs. 55,000/-

Age : 32 Years as on 01.07.2023

Terms of Engagement and Allowance:

The Project Engineer in BEL will be engaged for an initial period of 3 years, which may be extended up to maximum of One year based on project requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for 2nd year, Rs.50,000/- for 3rd year and in the event of extension of contract Rs.55,000/- for the 4th year.

Experience: The Post Qualification experience as on 01.07.2023

Selection Process for Project Engineer Recruitment in BEL

The Selection process for the above post are as below:

a) The candidates meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement, will be called for a Written Test which will be for 85 marks.

b) Candidates who pass the written test will be called for Interview (Category- wise) based on the vacancies, in the ratio of 1:5. 15 marks will be allotted for Interview.

c) The minimum qualifying marks in Written Test and Interview is 35% for General/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.


Application Fee for BEL Engineer Recruitment 2023

The candidates are required to pay the online fee of Rs. 472/- for the post of Project Engineer in BEL . The SC/ST/ PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
