The brief details of Post, Pay Scale, Qualification are placed as below:

o Vacancy No. 132/23 of Junior Manager (Finance) : 14 vacancies (UR-09, EWS-01, OBC-04), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹40000-₹140000/-, Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant , Experience: 2 years.

o Vacancy No. 151/123 of Junior Manager (Company Secretary): 02 vacancies (UR-01, OBC-01), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹40000-₹140000/-, Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant and Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. , Experience: 2 years.

o Vacancy No. 152/23 of Senior Assistant (Finance) : 08 vacancies (UR-05, OBC-03), Age: 32 years as of 01.06.2023, Pay Scale: ₹26000-₹96000/-, Minimum Qualification : CA/ ICMA Inter/ M.Com , Experience: 2 years.

Selection Process for Recruitment in RITES 2023

Junior Manager (Finance and Company Secretary) :

On the basis of applications received, candidates will be required to appear in the written test or Interview. Based upon the performance in the Written Test, and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility, candidates shall be shortlisted for an Interview.

The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:
Experience - 5% Written Test - 60% Interview - 35%

Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.


Senior Assistant (Finance) :

On the basis of applications received, candidates will be required to appear in the written test (OffLine/OnLine). The candidates may be shortlisted for selection on the basis of performance in the written test. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection out of eligible candidates.

The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under: Written Test - 100% A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in written test will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on panel.

There will be 125 objective type question carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours.

Application Fee for RITES Vacancy 2023

An application fee of ₹600/- plus Tax (₹300/- for EWS/SC/ST/PWD) to be paid by the candidates during online process.
