The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites online application for the Government Jobs / Sarkari Naukri in Delhi as Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination 2023. The SSC will conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment of Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police. Candidates from all parts of the country will be eligible to apply for SSC recruitment 2023. The selection is based on the Computer Based Examination (CBE) and Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) conducted by the Delhi Police.

Staff Selection Commission is an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various ministries and departments of the government of India and in subordinate offices.

The details of the vacancies, pay scale and qualification are mentioned as below:

Constable Male/Female: 7547 vacancies (UR-4555, EWS-810, OBC-429, SC-1301, ST-452), Pay Scale: Pay Level-3 Rs. 21700- Rs. 69100/-, Age: 18-25 years as of 01.07.2023, Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1998 and later than 01-07-2005. Essential Qualification: 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed from a recognized Board. The Male candidates must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor Cycle or Car) as on the date of PE&MT.

Application Fee for SSC Constable Recruitment Exam 2023

An application fee of ₹100/- are required to paid via online mode by 30.09.2023. The Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of application fee.

Scheme of Examination for Delhi Police Recruitment 2023

As per the SSC recruitment 2023 notification , The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination, Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) followed by the Medical Examination of the recommended candidates.

The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type multiple choice paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:

There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The candidates scoring below-mentioned cut-off marks (normalized) will be considered eligible for short-listing to the next stage i.e. PE&MT:

Unreserved: 35

SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS: 30

ESM: 25

How to Apply for SSC Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2023?

The eligible candidates are required to apply online in SSC Recruitment website https://ssc.nic.in from 01.09.2023 to 30.09.2023 for SSC Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2023. As per the SSC recruitment 2023 notification , The Commission will provide a period of 2 days, after the closing date for receipt of online applications, to enable candidates to correct/ modify online application parameters, wherein candidates will be allowed to re-submit applications after making requisite corrections in the one-time registration/ online application data.
