Recruitment of Engineers and officers in Bharat Electronics Limited  (BEL) 2023

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), invites online application for Government Jobs post as Probationary Engineers, Probationary Officers (HR) and Probationary Accounts Officers on regular basis for its various units throughout India vide BEL recruitment notification advertisement No. 17556/HR/All-India. There are 232 vacancies open for the above mentioned posts. The place of posting will be Bangalore (Karnataka), Ghaziabad (UP), Pune (Maharashtra), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Panchkula (Haryana), Kotdwara (Uttarakhand) and Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra).

The candidate should have a maximum age of 28 years to apply for the post of Probationary Engineer and Probationary Officer (HR) and 30 years for the post of Probationary Accounts Officer. The candidates presently employed in Government Departments / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies need to submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) from competent authority of their current employer at the time of interview The selected candidates will get an annual CTC up to Rs.12.5 Lakhs.

As per the BEL recruitment notification 2023, there are 232 vacancies for the various post and disciplines. The details of the same are placed below:

I) Probationary Engineer (E-II) : 205 vacancies, Pay Scale: ₹40000-3%- 140000/-, Age: 25 years as of 01.09.2023

1. Electronics and Communication: 124 vacancies

2. Mechanical: 63 vacancies

3. Computer Science: 18 vacancies

II) Probationary Officer (HR) (E-II): 12 vacancies, Pay Scale: ₹40000-3%- 140000/-, Age: 25 years as of 01.09.2023

III) Probationary Accounts Officer (E-II): 15 vacancies, Pay Scale: ₹40000-3%- 140000/-, Age: 30 years as of 01.09.2023

Qualification for BEL Engineers and Officers Recruitment 2023

Probationary Engineer : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering Graduate in Electronics and Communication or B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering Graduate in Computer Science

Probationary Officer (HR) : Two years MBA/MSW/PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt./Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt.

Probationary Accounts Officer : CA/CMA Final

Selection Process for BEL Government Jobs Recruitment 2023

The selection process consist of shortlisting of candidates and then Computer based test (CBT). Based on the performance of the candidates in the computer based test, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for interview.

The computer based test will be held tentatively in the month of December 2023. The selected candidates will be required to undergo an Orientation / On-the-Job training for a period of 6 months. The selected candidates are required to execute a Service Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 3 years after training and should be willing to serve in any of the Units / Offices of BEL. The amount payable for breach of Service Contract is Rs. 3,00,000/-

Application Fee for BEL Recruitment 2023

The eligible candidates are required to submit an application fee of ₹1000/- plus GST @18%)i.e. ₹1180/- through online mode only for BEL recruitment 2023. The SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fees.
