Recruitment of Executive Sales and Operations Officer in IDBI 2025-26

IDBI Bank invites online applications from the eligible candidates for recruitment of 1000 Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO) vide IDBI bank advertisement No. 09/2024-25. The candidate should be A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a university recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies.

The appointment of Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO) will be purely on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance.    As per extant Bank’s norms (subject to amendments from time to time), on successful completion of a period of 2 years of contractual service, appointee shall become eligible for appointment as  Junior Assistant Manager, (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank through a select ion process  that would  be conducted by the Bank.

Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO) Recruitment: 1000 vacancies (UR-448, ST-94, SC-127, OBC-231, EWS-100), Age: 20-25 years, Education Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc., Salary: Rs. 29,000/- per month in 1^st year & Rs. 31,000/- per month in 2^nd year.  

 

Selection Procedure for IDBI Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO) Recruitment 2025-26

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test.

An application fee of ₹1050/- (₹250/- for SC/ST/PwBD) to be paid online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets for the above IDBI vacancies.
