Recruitment of Various Post in Central Electronics Limited 2023

Central Electronics Limited (CEL), invites application for various posts of Chief Manager (Microwave), Sr. Manager (HR)/Manager (HR), Security Officer, Accounts Officer, Purchase Officer, Deputy Engineer(Civil), Deputy Engineer (Security Surveillance), Deputy Engineer (R&D), Deputy Engineer, Company Secretary, and Management Trainee (HR) vide advertisement no. 110/Pers/2/2023. The CEL has informed that the company has been identified by Government of India for 100% strategic disinvestment and the process of disinvestment of CEL is on.

Central Electronics Limited is a Govt. of India Enterprise under Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology. CEL has developed a number of products for the first time in the country through its own R&D efforts and in close association with the premier National & International Laboratories including Defence Laboratories.

1. Chief Manager (Microwave): Grade-E5, Post 02 (UR 01 & OBC 01)

2. Sr. Manager (HR) / Manager (HR): Grade – E4/E3, Post 01 (UR)

3. Security Officer: Grade- E1, Post 02 (OBC)

4. Accounts Officer : Grade – E1, Post 02 (UR 01 ST 01 )

5. Purchase Officer : Grade – E1, Post – 02 (UR 01 OBC 01 )

6. Deputy Engineer (Civil) : Grade – E1, Post 02 (EWS 01 UR 01 )

7. Deputy Engineer (Security Surveillance) :  Contract basis Grade –E1,  Post  02  (UR 01  OBC 01 ) 

8. Deputy Engineer (R&D) : Contract basis Grade – E1, Post- 03 (UR 01 OBC 01 ST 01 )

9. Deputy Engineer : Contract Basis Grade – E1,  Posts – 02 (UR 01 OBC 01 )

10. Company Secretary : Contract basis (consolidated pay)* , Post – 01 (UR)

11. Management Trainee (HR)  : Contract basis (consolidated pay)* , Post – 02 (UR)

The pay scale and age limit for the above post are as under :

*Note : The incumbent will be engaged initially for a period of two years. On completion of two years tenure, he/she may be placed on pay scale basis of E-1 Grade on contract basis on performance basis and requirement of the company.

Application Fee for CEL Recruitment 2023

The eligible candidates are required to enclosed a non-refundable Bank Draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of Central Electronics Limited payable at Ghaziabad . No application fee need to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD.
