Requirement & Qualification for Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting (AP) in ITC
The candidates should be well versed with the following :
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of processes, procedures and subjects relevant to the function and proactively identifies improvement opportunities.
- Ensures knowledge and best practice sharing, captures and documents team’s collective knowledge.
- Ensures cross-training and knowledge sharing within the Team.
- on maintaining a good team spirit, through proactive communication, coaching and counselling, in line with Centre policies and procedures.
- Develops talent pool to be leveraged in future engagements.
👉Further the candidates should have the following qualification / certification / experience for the above post :
- Advanced / professional Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
- Project Management Certification and GB/BB Project Certification.
- Certification in any BI Tools or AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant experience of 10-12 years in Finance or similar domain.

· Design and deliver effective, creative process strategies and best practices to deliver high quality Finance operations.
· Manages and supervises the accounts payable department and staff in the organization.
· Leads continuous improvement of services in quality and effectiveness, isolates problem trends and ensures troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found.
