SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2023-24

State Bank of India invites On-line application from Indian Citizen for appointment in the following Specialist Cadre Officer Posts on Regular and Contractual Basis :


1. Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing): 01 vacancy (UR), contractual (TEGS VI) for 3 years, renewable for a further period of 2 years at the sole discretion of the Bank, 

Age: 40-50 years as on 01/04/2023, 

CTC : TEGS-VI ₹50 Lacs-₹55 Lacs (CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay and Variable Pay in 70:30 ratio), 

Qualification: MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing. Candidates with B.E./ B. Tech. / CA will be preferred, 

Experience: 14 years



2. Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Chief Manager (Marketing): 18 vacancies (UR-10, EWS-01, OBC-04, SC-02, ST-01), 

Age: AGM - Min 35 & Max 45 years, CM - Min 30 & Max 40 as of 31/12/2022, 

Pay Scale: SMGS-V/SMGS-IV ₹89890-₹100350 / ₹76010-₹89890, 

Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) & MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Finance from Institutes recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/UGC, 

Experience: 12/10 years

Selection Process for SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment

The selection will be based on Short-listing & interview (for regular post of Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Chief Manager (Marketing) & short-listing, interview & CTC negotiation (for contractual post).
