NSIC Government Jobs Recruitment 2023 for DGM, GM and Dy. Manager

The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) invites online application from interested and eligible candidates for Sarakri Naukri / Government Jobs as General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Chief Manager and Deputy Manager in various discipline on regular basis vide NSIC recruitment notification no. NSIC/HR/SRD/1/2023 .

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. is a Mini-Ratna Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Post and Vacancies for NSIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the NSIC recruitment notification, there are 30 vacancies in the various discipline for the below mentioned positions. The below vacancies belongs to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities only.

1. General Manager: 04 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-5 ₹80000-220000

2. Deputy General Manager: 03 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-4 ₹70000-200000

3. Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) : 01 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-4 ₹70000-200000

4. Chief Manager: 03 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-3 ₹60000-180000

5. Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) : 01, Pay Scale : E-3 ₹60000-180000

6. Deputy Manager: 12 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-1 ₹40000-140000

7. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) : 06 vacancies, Pay Scale : E-1 ₹40000-140000

Age limit for NSIC Recruitment 2023:

The upper age limit of the candidates are 31 years to 45 years depending on the post for NSIC recruitment 2023.

Educational Qualification for NSIC Recruitment 2023:

1) General Manager- Business Development: First class Graduate with 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) and with Two years full time regular MBA (First Class with minimum 60% marks, 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) - with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or institution.

2) Dy. General Manager- Finance & Accounts: Chartered Accountant (CA's)/ CMA’s (ICWA's) or First Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) along with Two years full time regular MBA First Class with minimum 60% marks, 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) - with specialization in Finance from a recognized university or institution

3) Dy. Manager – Company Secretary : First Class full time regular Graduate with minimum 60% marks ( 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) and with Member of Institute of Company Secretary

4) Dy. Manager – Business Development : First class Graduate with 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) and with Two years full time regular MBA (First Class with minimum 60% marks, 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) - with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or institution.

5) Dy. Manager – Human Resource : First class Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) and Two years full time regular MBA (First Class with 60% marks, 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare, from a recognized university or institution.

Selection Process for NSIC Recruitment 2023:

The selection process shall consist of written Test (wherever specified) and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates. The weightage for written test- 70% and for Personal interview - 30%.

The written Test shall comprise of 100 Marks consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions on the following:

The minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be 50% (relaxable upto 5% for SC/ST/PwBD). However, for the post of Technology (GATE Score) and Rajbhasha (UGC-NET Score) latest rank available (not older than two years) shall be considered for call for interview.

Application Fee for SJVN Recruitment 2023:

The candidates are required to submit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1500 through online mode i.e. NEFT as per the below details :

The interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online at NSIC Recruitment website i.e. http://www.nsic.co.in/ from 04.09.2023 to 29.09.2023 for NSIC recruitment 2023 for General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Chief Manager and Deputy Manager in the various discipline. No other means/ mode of application shall be accepted. The print-out of the Online filled Application Form along with the necessary documents have to be sent by Ordinary Post/ Registered Post/ Speed Post/Courier / By Hand to:
