1. Junior Executive (Engineering): Age: 29 years, Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (3-year course), Experience: 5 years,

2. Associate Executive (Engineering): Age: 29 years, Educational Qualification: B.Tech./ B.E./B.Sc.(Engg) (4-year Course), Experience: 3 years

3. Junior Executive (Accounts): Age: 30-35 years, Educational Qualification: Inter CA/Inter CMA + Graduation, Experience: 5 years,

4. Junior Executive (Quality Assurance): Age: 29 years, Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) (3 year Course) Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3 year course), Experience: 5 years,

5. Associate Executive (Human Resources): Age: 30 years, Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / MA (PM&IR) / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR / MMS (HR/ Personnel)/ Masters in Labour Studies courses (2 year Course), Experience: 3 years,

The details of Pay scales / Salary are as below :

In addition to the Basic Pay, the selected candidates will be paid Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern, HRA (House Rent Allowance), Perks & Allowances, Retirement Benefits and Performance Related Pay in line with Corporation’s policy in vogue.

Selection Process for BPCL Government Jobs Recruitment 2023

The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting tools like Application Screening, Written/Computer Based Test, Group Task, Personal Interview etc. The selection process adopted will depend on the number of applications received for a particular post.

The selected candidates would be on probation for one year from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of the probation period, they will be considered for confirmation as per company policy.

Application Fee for BPCL Recruitment 2023

An application fee of Rs. 500/- + GST via online mode are required to be paid by the candidates from UR, OBC-NCL and EWS category. The SC, ST & PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
